NASCO Institute 2022

This session will include an overview of NASCO's cooperative leadership core competencies and an introduction the Peer Consultation process that we will use in later sessions of the conference in both staff and member spaces. We will include an overview of leadership skills that can be practiced through the Consultation process as well as tips for utilizing your creativity and analytical thinking in approaching complex adaptive challenges.
