Creating a New Co-op, Part 2: Strategies for New Co-op Organizers

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A successful housing cooperative needs the support and participation of a community of people, but it takes individual effort to organize that support and participation. In this workshop, we'll explore community organizing strategies
to get new co-ops up and running and the skills you need to effectively deploy these strategies. We'll focus on building a shared vision, a committed team, and a network of support. This workshop is designed for people currently or planning to be involved in starting a new co-op.

If you are registered for Institute and logged into Sched, links to the recording and files from this session are visible on this page. The "Open Zoom" button now links to the recording, and the files are uploaded near the bottom of the page.

Thank you to Shared Capital Cooperative, the Course Track Sponsor for our Creating a Co-op track!
